Her journey matters: Meet Tina!

Name  Tina Coillot
Occupation Owner of Fleet Feet Sports Aptos & Fleet Feet Sports Monterey and Licensed Clinical Social Worker
When did running first become a regular part of your life? 2006 when I signed up for my first marathon training, CIM, with Fleet Feet Sacramento
What was/is the biggest challenge in working out consistently? Prioritizing MY health and wellness by making sure I get my run or workout scheduled proactively weekly. I build it in like any other business appointment. If I wait until I have time, it doesn’t happen.
What keeps you going? Accountability to myself and my running buddies. And coffee.
Road or the trail? Trail. Trail. Trail. Trail. Trail. Did I say Trail?
What does healthy look like to you? Healthy looks like me riding my bike while discussing marketing and cross promoting ideas with a local chiropractor. I schedule active business meetings as much as possible riding my bike, running or walking while conducting business and coordinating with others.
Along your own life journey, what’s one thing that you know for sure? I am strong, inside and out.
